This page explains what information we collect when you use this website or sign up for the free AI video editor setup, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we use your information to set up your editor and talk with you about it, and we don’t sell it.
Who we are
Here Is My Process (John Dalton) is a sole proprietorship operated by John Dalton (“we,” “us”), based in Bradenton, Florida. Questions about this policy go to john@hereismyprocess.com.
What we collect
- What you give us. When you fill out our form, we collect your name, email address, phone number and your answers to our questions.
- What we learn on calls and messages. If we talk, including on your setup call, we may keep notes, recordings or summaries so we can follow up. We’ll tell you before a call is recorded.
- Basic website data. Like most websites, ours and the tools behind it may collect technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, often through cookies.
How we use it
- To respond to you and set up your free AI video editor with you
- To schedule and hold your setup call
- To send messages about your sign-up, scheduled calls and the editor setup
- To run and improve our website and services
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Here Is My Process (John Dalton) about your free editor setup and any scheduled calls.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that send messages on our behalf.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM, form and calendar tools (HighLevel / LeadConnector), email, call recording and website hosting (Netlify). They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
- If the business changes hands, as part of a merger or sale, under the same protections.
The AI video editor itself is a third-party tool. When you create an account with it during setup, that tool’s own privacy policy covers what you upload to it.
Cookies
Our site and the tools on it may use cookies to work properly and to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, like the form or calendar, may not work as well if you do.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to talk with you, help you or meet legal requirements. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless we’re required to keep it.

- Opt out of texts by replying STOP
- Opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link, or by asking us

We use reasonable steps to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee it.
Children
We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
